Are you curious about the potential of microdosing for healing and growth?
In this course you’ll discover:
Gradual transformation: Unlike a full psychedelic experience, microdosing spreads the transformative benefits across your day-to-day life, allowing you to engage more deeply with your tasks and challenges without the intensity of a full blown trip.
Cultivate mindfulness: Learn how microdosing can expand your awareness subtly but significantly. This expanded awareness is not just about perceiving more of your external world—it's about deepening understanding of yourself and your relationships.
Path to personal wellbeing: We teach you how to harness this increased awareness to cultivate mindfulness, increase emotional resilience and enhance cognition, leading to a clearer understanding of your journey towards personal healing and growth.
Microdosing Integration: Discover practical steps to integrate microdosing and the insights the practice offers into daily living.
Since the 1950s, Stanislav Grof, a pioneering figure in the field of transpersonal psychology, has been exploring the therapeutic potential of low doses of psychedelics. Used in controlled settings, these small doses have proven to be effective in helping patients break down psychological barriers and access deeper levels of their consciousness without the overwhelming effects of a full dose. This approach allows individuals to confront and process their emotions, trauma, or mental blocks in a more manageable way, fostering personal healing and emotional breakthroughs within a safe, guided environment. Grof's work continues to influence modern psychedelic therapy today.
Albert Hofmann, the renowned Swiss chemist who famously discovered LSD, integrated the substance into his own life in a unique way. Throughout his later years, Hofmann regularly took low doses of LSD, a practice now commonly referred to as microdosing. He believed that these small doses enhanced his creativity, mental clarity, and emotional well-being, while also deepening his sense of presence and connection to the natural world around him. For Hofmann, LSD wasn’t just a scientific breakthrough; it was a tool for personal growth, exploration, and a greater appreciation for nature.

Louis Belleau
Louis is a psychedelic researcher and guide, as well as a yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork teacher. His work is dedicated to deepening our knowledge of psychedelics, spirituality, and health, in addition to helping people connect with their innate wisdom through mindfulness and holistic health practices. Louis's discovered the transformative potential of psychedelics at 17. These early experiences, combined with an innate curiosity about spirituality, sparked a lifelong passion for exploring Zen Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and nature-based spiritual traditions. In 2020, he graduated from McGill University with majors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He understands psychedelic experience as a fundamental human right with important implications for individual, community, and planetary health. This view drives his commitment to democratizing informed access to psychedelics through research, education, and community support. As the founder of Psygaia, Louis is now working on the Psygaia Hypothesis while completing his MA at the University of Ottawa. As a certified yoga and breathwork teacher, Louis shares his expertise in rehab centers and studios, empowering others on their journey toward wholeness. In his free time, he loves backcountry skiing, trail running, writing, gardening, meditating, weightlifting, and anything else that connects him to Nature and ignites his spirit.
Jack Bunce
Jack is a somatic healing guide and performance coach who helps people improve their mindset and mental health with holistic health practices. His mission is deeply personal, drawing from experiences with overcoming anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks. Jack’s toolkit spans many modalities including shadow work, breathwork, somatic therapy, men's work, microdosing and psychedelic integration. In February 2025, Jack received his 80-hour wilderness first responder (WFR) training in order to provide medical support in the backcountry, building on dozens of backcountry skiing, hiking, and canoe trips he’s been on since he was a child. His goal is to support people in coming into wholeness – meaning feeling safety, love, trust, and connection with all parts of oneself. Jack loves to ski, read, go hiking, play guitar, and DJ – anything that stirs up adrenaline (safely) or moves his heart.
