Psychedelic Guidance & Integration Coaching
Explore psychedelics with holistic support.
Psychedelics can be powerful tools for discovery, healing, and growth—but navigating these experiences can feel overwhelming, especially without proper support. That's where we come in.
We offer confidential and holistic guidance and support for anyone seeking to or already exploring psychedelics intentionally. Whether you're looking to prepare for a healing journey, make sense of an experience, or explore microdosing, our multidisciplinary team of experts is here to provide support every step of the way.
While our services are not therapy and we are not therapists—we offer compassionate, informed, and professional guidance rooted in a combination of our academic research, personal practice with meditation, yoga, philosophy, shamanic lineage and exploration of psychedelics. Our goal is to help you navigate psychedelics, gain the insights you seek and properly integrate them into your life.
How we can support you:
Microdosing guidance: Learn to microdose safely and mindfully.
Preparation and integration coaching: Get personalized support to prepare for your upcoming journey or to integrate lessons, visions, insights, and emotions after your psychedelic experience.
Navigating a spiritual emergency: If you're feeling overwhelmed after a challenging or powerful spiritual experience, we’re here to help you stay grounded, find meaning, and move forward with compassion, resilience and courage.
Getting started: Not sure if psychedelics, a specific ceremony, or psychedelic therapy is right for you or your loved one? We’ll help you navigate your options with clarity and care.
Expert and holistic knowledge: Tap into our extensive and holistic knowledge of psychedelic science, legal frameworks, traditional and shamanic use, clinics, retreats, and qualified therapists or guides.
Contraindications and safety: Get help navigating potential pharmaceutical interactions or health considerations related to psychedelic use.
Vetting and choosing: Whether you’re considering a retreat, clinic, or specific facilitator, we can guide you to make the most informed decision for your journey.
Why work with Psygaia?
Deep expertise: Our team brings together insights from modern science, indigenous practices, and lived experience. We understand these journeys deeply and are committed to supporting you with integrity and compassion.
Holistic approach: We don’t just focus on the psychedelic experience itself—we help you connect the dots between your intentions, experience, and real-life healing and growth.
Personalized support: Every journey is unique, and our coaching reflects that. You’ll receive one-on-one support that’s fully tailored to your needs, aspirations, and concerns.
Judgment-free space: We honour your path, and we're here to listen. Whatever your questions, goals, or hesitations, you can feel confident knowing that our conversations are safe, confidential, and rooted in compassion.
Our approach is rooted in our philosophy and understanding that the psychedelic journey is multidimensional, with ripples that reach far beyond ourselves. While we guide and facilitate integration, we encourage self-responsibility, honouring your sovereignty.
